Biorhythms are calculated from the day you were born. All
three cycles, Physical 23 days, Emotional 28 days and Intellectual 33 days,
begin at zero and rise and fall in a wave pattern crossing the zero line.
When you look at the chart, you see the highs, lows and what's know as the
critical days( the days when your cycle paths cross the zero line. By noting
which days are highs and lows for the different cycles, you can get an idea
of how those days are going to turn out. |
